Remote Coaching
Remote coaching involves tailored weekly training, sent straight to your fitness watch. Your watch will then guide you through the workout, showing the correct heart rate and/or speed/power to maintain. Remote coaching also includes weekly messaging and video reviews of what happened and what’s to come to keep you engaged and accountable.
Metabolic Testing
Metabolic Testing comes in the form of VO2max testing, lactate testing, or an advanced thresholds test that combines the two. You don’t need to be a professional athlete to benefit from this type of testing, as VO2max is the ultimate marker for assessing longevity. You can run, cycle, or row. One day, maybe even paddle!
