Remote Coaching

Remote coaching involves tailored weekly training, either weightlifting, endurance or both, sent straight to your app or fitness watch. Your watch/app will then guide you through the workout, showing the correct heart rate, form, pace, etc.. Remote coaching also includes weekly messaging and video reviews of what happened and what’s to come to keep you engaged and accountable.

Metabolic Testing

Metabolic Testing comes in the form of VO2max testing, lactate testing, or an advanced thresholds test that combines the two. You don’t need to be a professional athlete to benefit from this type of testing, as VO2max is the ultimate marker for assessing longevity. You can run, cycle, or row. One day, maybe even paddle!
